Terms and Conditions

General Information

  • Check-in-time    :  2pm
  • Check-out-time :  12 noon
  • All room rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All room rates do not include refundable deposit of RM 50 per room.
  • Check-in refundable desposit : RM 50 per room (payable when check-in).


 

Reservation

  • Room reservation must be guaranteed by full payment in advance.
  • No refund is allowed after confirmation of booking.
  • Rescheduling or change of check-in date is allowed but must be made three (3) days or more prior to initial check-in date subject to room availability.
  • Rescheduling must be made through fax to +606-4418852 or to our email address: casparihotel@gmail.com
  • Rescheduling by phone will not be accepted.
